Why does the H20 not tell you that you are d/l ing NEW sopftware like the HR20's ?
It also does not show the software version being loaded.

Earl has said that D* told him that it would take too much effort to change the message since the people that would see it are only ones forcing a download.

Do you have a h20-100 ?
I tried the d/l and it still has the same version when it comes back on, this is why I asked my previous question !
talk is saying it should be like 4438 or something like that

I am trying to re do my h20-100 d/l.
It appears to be working this time and surprise , surprise, it DID come up saying that it was finding new software !!!!

I've gone through the process twice & even though it says that new software was found & it d/ls fine, the version is still the same--no update.

Actually, I think someone posted previously that the version is the same, but the d/l does take place.

They are experiencing an issue with the H20-100 download.

Looks like it is corrected and the new version is in the stream as of midnight.

I am trying to re do my h20-100 d/l.

Jimbo, no I have the H20-600. When I do the force download it always says new software found, even if it's reloading the same level, just doesn't say what the level is.

I had heard that the version doesn't change and D* knows this.
But you do get the new version, at least thats what I've heard.

I will have to try the d/l tonight and check it again.
