H20 Black screen

To all:

Need help, for the past month, I been getting a blank screen when I turn on my box each day. I have an H20-100 unit. I did called Directv and they telling me that my HDMI cable is bad, So I unplug that and plug in the comp. cable and I'm still having the same problem. I at lost here. Any idea what might be happening?

There were issues with the H20-600 models, but I haven't heard anything about the -100's. Have you done a site search?
