First time ever downloading a CE for the H21. I noticed that the box is reporting my signal levels wrong. They should be in the upper 90's but all are in the lower 70's. My HR20's are giving the right signals though. I didn't know if it was common knowledge that the H21 CE's do that or not.

Make sure you downloaded the CE for the H21-100. I downloaded a CE last time but it wasn't for my model unit. This caused the same issue. I went back to the original release and signal strength went back to normal range.

Not saying you did this, just my stupidity re broad casted :)

Good point. All I can say is it took an h20 release and loaded it on my h21-100. Once I reloaded to national release , all came back to normal.

I just noticed under known problem there is something about signal strength screen?

You can't D/L the "wrong" version.
