H21-200 resetting

Hi, I have a H21-200 that keeps resetting itself. It does it a once a week or so and it just did it during the super bowl. The picture will freeze for a minute or two, during that time I can't change channels or do any functions with the receiver. Then it goes blank and resets itself. It very frustrating, I just got this receiver in Sept.
The software is Ox4080.

Any info would be helpful b/c I really don't want to call DTV tech support and have to deal with them on the phone unless I have to
