CE's are a go on Hx2x I got 0909/4909!!

Yesterday I went through the anime channel and marked new episodes to download. This evening, more than 24 hours later, nothing has downloaded. Everything I marked still says "Pending Download".

The network status panel says the network is connected. System test runs without any network errors, the only error is no phone line connected. The weather app shows local information, so it has a network connection. However, I tried to send a report and after 20 minutes it still had not completed. Rebooting and trying again does not solve any of these problems.

Since I can't call tech support for beta software, what can I do to resolve these problems?
