HR24 -500 , downloaded last night, lost favorites, report option not available going NR in the morning...

Back to NR, have to redo my Favorites on the HR24-500 ...

I ended up reverting back to NR on both H25s due to very bad lag on guide. I did two RBR and problem continued.
