Harmony H659 Reset

I'm having problems with our Harmony H659 control with the DirecTv rcvr, Sony STR-DA4400Es and LG 47LG50 TV. The setup in the Harmony has invalid settings and will not let me update the setting or do anything when the remote is plugged into the computer for programming. Is there a way to do a factory reset on the Harmony include the possiblity of opening the unit up & accessing the circuit board?

Problem started when I attempted to pair the remote to the Sony AV Master remote following the instructions.

You may need to go online and reset it from your remote setup account.
