Hartford Locals

Is anyone else having a problem with Hartford CT locals? Not sure if it is still happening now (since I am at work) but this morning I went to watch the news...get nothing but a black screen. Sometimes the picture would come on but then would freeze. This was happening on CH3 (CBS) CH30 (NBC), CH8 (ABC) CH61 (FOX). All my other local channels CW MY TV and PBS were working.

Yes, some of the SD locals on the 110 sat are having a problem, but the HD locals on 61.5 are OK....

Looks like those channels are back up now...
