have lost programs on second tv

I have 2 tvs..1 dish box..have alwways been able to watch different channels on the 2 tvs at any given time..for some reason now can only watch same program on both tvs...tried turning off share on the menu and all that accomplished was the tv not hooked up to the box went completely dead

If your receiver is a 722, open the panel on the right side of the box. There's a button there to change from single mode to dual mode.

If not, your second tv may be tuned to the wrong channel as both tv1 and tv2 are usually available.

Dahenny! It worked! Opened front panel and set on dual mode...I think my great grandson must have been playing around in there..LOL!! Am SO grateful for your fantastic help!! Thank you!!
