I have no Orby signal what so ever. I don't even get a bar to appear on the searching satellite screen. I have triple checked my connections. The SQ and SS are zero. Nothing! Ready to pull out my hair.....

If both readings are zero, there is no LNBF signal reaching the receiver. Either a defective coax, incompatible switch inline, defective splitter inline, incompatible LNBF or a defective receiver.

Using a new coax run or existing?

Any splitter or switches in line?

Using the Orby dish and LNBF?

Test for DC voltage across the coax center stinger and the fitting at the LNBF? What is the DC voltage reading?

The fact that this install has never worked leaves pretty much everything open. Is the mount perfectly level? Are the settings correct? Is the line of site for the azimuth clear? As well as the items Brian mentioned...
