HBO and Showtime on C-Band

Shouldn't it be illegal for both HBO and SHOWTIME to deny access to their signals via home C-BAND?

nope. Any provider can decide who to offer their programming to. Good example is some of the regional sports networks...they are only available on cable

So, there's no way to get HBO on C-BAND, even on a KU-BAND basis? Guess I'm doomed for Pizza Dish?

not on C-Band. If you want something like HBO you would have to sub to Dish or Directv.

Since it sounds like you have a 4DTV you might want to check out the 4DTV section here or even check out tvropro's link that he has with alot of the answers to 4DTV questions.
