HD Bitrate is under 5 Mb/s for most channels - is this correct?

To further amplify whatchel1's point, PBS provides its affiliates with two 24/7 HD (east and west coast) and several 24/7 SD programmed feeds, along with other fairly active HD and SD feeds. While not all of the latter contains PBS-produced material, stations have a wealth of network programming to choose from. The "major" networks provide a lot less to their stations.

BTY, 1080i is 1080i30 not 1080i60.
