hd dvd player?

i have the toshiba a2 and i bought the new halloween movie yest.and through the whole movie it was like the disc was dirty or something but very glitchy it was a normal dvd,my quest. is,is the player or disc.?

Probably the disc. My A1 plays DVDs excellent.

Same here. I'd check to make sure the disc isn't scratched or dirty.
