HD DVR and two HD TVs

I'm considering to make a switch to D* and I'd like to the following:

1. Can Directv HD DVR provide RF output for second TV like VIP 622 does?
2. If not, then what are the fees for two TVs (both HD)?
3. Do I get second HD receiver free as new customer? (I assume I have to pay for HD DVR)
4. Is HD PQ on D* better/worse/same then on E*?

1: it can output to several tv's however they all have to watch the same thing. in other words, all outputs are live.
2: you would have one additional box fee i think
3: You could possibly talk them into giving you the H-20 for free and a discount on the HR-20.
4: as of now, most agree that D* has the best MPEG 4 PQ out there.
