HD for Family Plan?

I have a friend that has the 'Family Plan'. Is it not possible to add HD to that?

Yes. You can locals in HD for an additional $7/month (HD enabling Fee)

What about other HD packages? It looks like they are only available with AT100 or better?

i am thinking about going back and would like a 722 w/ the family plan. I don't want to pay for locals as the receiver has an ATSC tuner already. that $7 enabling fee is weird, but if i could add the $10/month hd plan to get rid of it, I would. $3 more for more HD!
