HD in Columbia, SC Area

I'm thinking about switching my service because of the 10.00 jump on the premier package on directv..... Does anyone have HD in the Columbia area and how is the service.... I know a few years back the digital cable was not up to par... How is the service now...

Hello neighbor! I have TWC in my old house that my mother lives in since my Dad passed away but no HD. SD seems to be the same as dbs. Some may argue that point though. Wished I could help you but in both houses I get HD OTA. I just wanted to say hello.
