HD Local Channels

I live in the Grand Rapids, MI market and am wondering if anyone has heard when we may be getting HD channels. CBS broadcast at such a weak signal that I probably won't be able to watch the superbowl in HD. Any info would be great.

Is there a list of markets where Dish offerers HD Local Channels? I tried looking this up on their website but the link is broken. I live in the Houston, TX market. Are HD Local Channels offered here?
