HD Only with no HD locals?

If I get the HD only package but my locals aren't in HD will I still receive my locals in SD like the way I do now? I called Dish and she kept saying that I don't have HD locals

yes.. you can get your SD locals for an extra $5.

Well that's what I thought. The CSR said "NO" you can't receive locals in SD. I know, "Spin the Wheel."

Call back or just do it on line, yes you can I have mine in SD with the hd only pack

Yea, I did it this morning with the HD Only package for 76 bucks with HBO, Starz, and Max. Yesterday the girl said I couldn't get the SD locals but today the guy said that I could so the "wheel" worked again. HD only pack is the only way to go unless you're a national news junkie and want Headline News, Fox or MSNBC. Watching Dazed and Confused right now for the 1000 time is priceless.
