HD receiver shutdown

Hey Guys...having a problem with a couple of receivers, one single HD ViP 211K and HD ViP 222K...hope someone out there can help!Over the last couple of weeks noticed that our tvs shut down and go into stand by mode. At first thought it was our tvs, changed them out and same problem. The receivers seem to be the problem. After doing a reboot, picture does come up for a few seconds, screen goes black, then tv goes into standby mode again. On the dual receiver, the # 2 tv stays on, no problem...am able to watch # 2 tv.Has this been a problem with anyone else, does anyone know if DNW is doing something with the software. Both receivers have been purchased over the last six months or so from DNW.
All suggestions will be very helpful.

How do you have the receivers connected to your TV? If you're using HDMI, try component cables

Sounds like you are describing the normal procedure for going into stand by after daily update. The normal procedure is to push select to take it out of standby.
