HD SharkTale Stuttering 9.3.05

I was watching the premiere of SharkTale in HD on HBO this evening (9.3.05) and noticed about 50% into the show an extremely annoying video stutter that would crop up every few seconds. Sound was not impacted at all.

It got so bad that we had to turn it off. Other HD programs are fine. Sat signals are fine as well.

Anyone else notice this?

I saw a little stuttering on the video but it was rare. I though it was just a low bitrate thing.

Yep, I has the stutter also - very annoying...

So, clearly it isn't an equipment or signal issue, but some sort of encoding issue. Is there anything we can do? This is the first time I've ever noticed anything like this.
