Can I use a Dish 500 to recieve the 129 and 119 signals?

yes, depending though where you are located.go a little down and to the west,from the 110/119
setup,and do a check switch.you will lose the 110 and pick up the 129.

I'm in SW Wisc. Also wondering if I could use use my superdish to pick up 110-119- and 129 or is that stretching it too far?

still works the same way with that dish also.you should be ok in wisconsin,if the tree situation isn't too bad.it will only pickup 119 and 129. not all of them together
