HD Tivo Freeze Ups - anyone else?

Hello all,
Over the last few weeks I've been having lots of freeze ups on my HD Tivo. Seems as though they are occuring mostly on the local channels. They are only lasting a second or two - no hard freeze-ups or anything. Also seems a reboot through the menu will clear it up for a while.
I've had Tivo's for a few years - doesn't seem like hard drive failure, but maybe. Anyone else have this going on, or have any ideas what's going on?

I had the same issue last night while watching Cinemax. I rebooted and it cleared up.

It seems as I read the different Tivo DBS forums, more and more folks have freeze ups. It includes me as well. I initially thought it was the 'e' version of the Tivo upgrade. It turns out it was my HD. I swapped it with a new Maxtor and have not had one freeze up since. My freeze ups occured on all channels and on recorded programs. A reboot (restart) did help for about an hour and then they started back up. And my Samsung 120gig hd went back to Samsung for another drive (they have three year warranties)
