HD upgrade wiring changes?

I plan to upgrade to HD soon. I know a new dish is required, but is the existing coax reused?
Routing was a major pain and I don't want the installer in my house longer than necessary.

As long as your wiring is RG-6 you should be fine.

It also depends on how many receivers you will have. If you're swapping, then no change is needed. Adding a second will require one extra cable from the LNBs to the receiver...
