Does the dish Netflix's app on dish do HDR it would be a great idea for them to work on.my new vizio ultra 4k hdtv Netflix app does hdr. Please check into this thanks

I can barely get my H3 to do 4K with Netflix. It rarely it will surprise me and do it. A several times the picture was 480. I get that more than I get 4K. So HDR which I have too would be nice, but . . . That's why I stick to the apps on the TV and my AppleTV 4K.
