Heartland Season 15 on UP TV shows as old in Dish Guide

Heartland Season 15 is being premiered on UP TV channel 188 on Thursdays at 8 PM.
Although Season 15 is new for US subscribers it was originally shown in Canada in the fall of 2021. Thus the Series 15 episodes are not flagged as new in the Dish Guide. To allow them to record I must set the Timer to record New and Reruns. Then I must delete the many earlier season recordings of Heartland. I wish they would flag Season 15 as New since it is new for US customers.
