But its getting to that time of year where weather seriously affects projects outside especially in the north.
We've had some weird weather the last 2 weeks in Minneapolis (11 inches of concrete snow 2 weeks ago, ice last Sunday & Monday) and now we've got more snow.
I guess I can do inside FTA projects

so we do have some quieter times during the late fall/winter

I forget sometimes that Canada is a different country. I'm delighted to observe that much of our lifestyle is the same as yours. Had to look it up that you already had Thanksgiving Oct. 11. I will never forget when I was camping in Ontario totally unaware of Victoria day. I left the Providential Park and drove about 50 km on my motorcycle to the nearest town to buy some beer. Sorry closed buddy. When I returned our Canadian camping neighbors treated us to all the beer we could drink, and that was quite a bit at the time. THANK YOU CANADA.

I am not here at all. I am AWOL! LOL

Actually, I am still being dogged by this damn cold. What ever virus or bacteria I have has decided to move out of my chest and lungs and take up residency in my head and nose. I felt fine before, but I couldn't breath, Today, I can breath fine, but I feel miserable.

I am going to take a really HOT bath right now. Maybe a steamy, hot bath and some vapors will help me out. Well, it should at least relax my muscles.

Struggling with an Kubuntu install on a desktop at home..... Was running Ubuntu, but having issues with remote access. IT suggested Kubuntu, but only frustration so far..... Looks like a faulty hdd faulting on install.

Would rather struggle with a turkey tomorrow than a desktop!

Try Linux Mint 9 Gnome instead. I use that on two of my computers, never had any issue with it. It does codecs out of the box as well.
