Hello there to all guys. Hope you all are safe from the COVID. My question is this:
Can I buy a pack of scrambled channels from a single transponder on a single satellite over the FTA system? (6' Dish C-Band, Sat Eutelsat 113 west,Geosatpro receiver)

Basic answer is NO you can't. Subscription C-Band is no more and most of that stuff is not available DTH anyway.
