If you are also the Iceberg over at the Canadian TV forums, and you asked the quesiton about the digital receivers and analog receivers. Then here is a little more info.

First, apologies to Scott for using your forum to answer a question not DBS but is sat. related.

When you see a sports feed post and cannot match it with Lyngsat calling it DVB or NTSC, it is because the frequencies can be used in either format. A perfect example is AMC 3 which is now at 105. When it was at 85W it was always loaded with analogue feeds and now it is strictly digital for Echostar's use.

Analogue receivers are fairly expensive and can be found at Emantechnogy.com or smallear and occassionaly on ebay. I have a couple Pansat kr600's, best toys I ever bought along with my Pansat 330a.

Good luck.
