Hells Kitchen Season 3

I'm just amazed he hasn't thrown the asian out yet, I mean how can a cook not be able to filet a fish, after working with fish the whole day. And who gets queezy from just standing?

He has rarely cooked anything since the season started.

I'm hoping he goes next week. I feel bad for Eddy, as I feel he did have potential. I didn't like Rock's first comment on why he was nominating him for elimination.

Don't count out the Waffle House girl. She has kitchen skills just not menu skills. The breakfast competition should bea killer one for her.

Well, Aaron is out (no surprise there).

I can't believe that one chick would serve food out of the garbage!! She's going to be eliminated before it's over as well.

I think the ladies are afraid of the Waffle House girl, because she does have the concept down. She just needs to learn a few more things.

My favorite quote from Episode 3 is from Chef Ramsey: "F*%$ I still smell that crab!"

What the heck was up with Melissa last nite? She was one of my favorites from the beginning, and she turned into this insipid little twit overnight! Bossing everyone around, and then when things go wrong, she gets this dumb look on her face like she didn't do anything. I watched this basically in utter shock just because it was so strange to watch. She should have gone home, but Ramsay puts her on the men's team. Rock isn't looking happy with that, and I can't wait to see how things go next week.

What kind of chef or regular at home cook for that matter, doesn't know about keeping potatoes wet so they don't turn pink first, then black when you cook them? She has been a chef for 10 yrs? Yeah, right.:hungry:

This show just keeps getting better! Waffle House knows what she's doing. And they're FAR better off without Melissa. She turned into some evil little brat. Didn't she look a bit psycho in the last couple episodes? The PQ still looks great coming from Dish HD locals even if it isn't true HD. Much better than regular SD locals.

Josh has to be the next to go.

yup, i could totally see waffle house going all the way and winning the whole show. she has common sense, she had the most ordered meal with the ny strip when they had to create thier own menu, and the girls almost did have it on there. She has impressed chef a number of times, yes she might not be a fine gourmet chef but you dont need to be in order to run a restaurant.

I liked Rock until he started throwing his tantrums about picking up garbage.

If I hear that he grew up in the ghetto one more time I swear I will throw something at my TV.... :D

I feel so bad for Julia. Rock really deserved to be sent packing tonight.

couldnt agree with you more, he was pulling some messed up sh*t at dinner service. Like when jen told him to wait for her to go up then he went up anyway. Then he was giving bonnie and attidute about him calling him out when he wasnt ready with his stuff. Also for just putting the plate up and chef had no idea who put it there. I thought it was nice though that Ramsey is going to send Julia to Culinary school and allow her to come back, however this may be a hinderence to her because if she comes back everybody will want her to be one of the first ones to go.

But if she's does a good job, he won't send her. He has overridden choices in the past. I think with some experience she will do great. She wants it now, but isn't quite ready.

S~

I can't believe Julia was sent home. :( Rock totally deserved to be sent home... he acted like a complete jerk. I started to not like him when he threw that tantrum when he had to deal with the garbage.

And Neutron, I agree. My brother and I were SO fed up hearing him talking about growing up in the ghetto... it's like, who cares? There's no excuse for that kind of behavior. And he acted like an idiot the last episode. That alone should have sent him packing..

I'm glad Julia won the trip to Vegas though. :) I'm sure she'll end up successful.

I know someone who works at Terra Rossa at the Red Rock Casino. He said that Heather (the winner from Season 2) is never there and when she is they basically just wheel her out for marketing purposes.

And she is classified as a "Senior Chef", not Executive Chef. So, she was NOT given her own restaurant as they claim.

I can believe that. It is good marketing for the restaurant. These chefs at Hell Kitchen are not great chefs. Most of them are not even good chefs. The ones who remain seem to be the ones who messed up less and can take the most sh*t from Ramsey.

I am sure the kitchen in Red Rock or Green Valley Ranch already got great staffs and don't really need another Executive Chef to boss them around.
