Help on a reception problem

Hi to all

Three days ago I lock AI6 satellite because I want to watch TVAZTECA channels but when I scan the satellite to get all the channels was my surprise
that TVAZTECA does not lock I mean that I watch just black screen no signal
on the other Freq I got 95% quality signal but on Freq

12076 V 8741-? this info is from COLOR=Blue]lyngsat[/COLOR] website

nothing. I'm so sad because really I want to watch those channels in this Freq
Please can anybody tell me the problem? I will appreciate.

I was just watching Aztecha 7 & 13 tonight, so I know they are there. What receiver are you using? What other channels (notably University Network, ABC News Now) are you receiving, and what are their quality levels? You may just have to fine-tune the dish to make sure you've got the highest level possible.

I'm using a 500IC Pansat with a ku universal LNBF Chaparral I tune to get
the max quality and just I have 95% on (ABC News Now) 65% on (The University Network) but in TV AZTECA just no signal can you tell me your
info on this particular Freq to check my and your vpids apids etc

Here's what came up:

12077V 8681 SR

100 VPID -- 101 APID -- PCR 100 = Azteca 7
200 VPID -- 201 APID -- PCR 200 = Azteca 13
The two "Azteca America" channels are scrambled.

The only thing I can tell is different is that the SR is different.
