Help on HD platinum

Hi,

I wanted to try the HD platinum instead of StarZ, I talked with Dish (chat) and they could not do anything with this.

Can the dish tech person in this forum help me on this please.

Been there tried that. Even had a dish person on here check into it and no chance of swapping the two.

Hi Mat, Mary caught up on this and resolved the same an hour back, I was away from my desk, so could not reply/post soon enough.
