I added a little dish to my 10ft.B.U.D. An idea that came from Fat air. After seeing a pic he had as his avatar a long time ago. The little dish is a Directv Slimline dish with a Dish network fss lnbf and circular lnbf that was used for 105 locals. My ? is what setting should I use in the Openbox for the lnbf. Right now I'm using 11250 and it works,is in I can scan most the tp's on one polarity, but not all. Example would be Galaxy 19 at 97.0°W, if looking at lyngsat the last 4 tp's don't scan in. With this setting all tp's scan in with higher freq. most are off by 508, some around 1508. 10750 works, but not all tp's scan in and are the same Horizontally as Vertically.

It's The only way I have to move the little dish. And the big dish does not play well with Ku-band

Those bandstacked LNB's the best thing to do is set the LNB LO to 13850 and scan vertical only. Yeah all the frequencies will be off but it works :)

Ice the problem is I don't see 13850 and I don't know if I can manually add 13850. Maybe with a channel editor?

Well, I tried the PVR800-Editor_HD to edit the lnb lo. freq but that did not work. So I guess I'm S.O.L. Unless someone has info that I don't know about,I guess it's time to look and buy some new lnbf's

I think because you are performing an experiment you should use a standard lnb.

I use L.O. 10750 and scan vertical only on my Dish bandstacked LNB. Just make sure you scan only the vertical polarity, or you'll end up with a duplicate set of channels.

Why put it on the bud? Your decreasing the performance of the bud that way!
I made some changes just for you goaliebob99, now the performance decrease should be minimal

Yea, follow Iceberg or Tron and use their recommended LO suggestion for the FSS (linear) LNB.
The 11250 is only if you are running up in the upper part of the band, where you find circular signals.

Ya said you were missing some transponders?
Maybe it's because the feedhorn you are using on that (central mounted) FSS LNB is designed for a round dish.
Here's an elliptical feed which could better match your elliptical dish...?
Can't get the new search engine to find me an old picture, so I'm posting it again, below.
