help please 625 dvr

all my channels are missing from the all sub in the guide all the hbo's,showtime's,cartoonnetwork,nickelodeon's,local channels,news channels and more . if i go to all chan there there but if i got to the channel it says Attention this is a subscription channel which has to be purchased ...i have tried check switch and diagnostics say all is good . i have two separate receivers one is dvr one is not but both are missing channels from the subscription...ive reset to factory defaults and i have tried unplugging from wall for and hour and i made sure theres no locks on .any ideas

Have you tried removing the card and reinserting it? If this doesn't work, you will need to call Dish and have them send a "hit" to your receiver to reauthorize it.
