Help with dishonline and sling adapter

Every time I try to watch live tv on my pc or iMac at home everything connects perfectly but when I switch to fullscreen mode
After about 1-2 minutes it switches back to browser mode or small picture .
Tried using diff computers and browsers ie Firefox ,chrome and safari same issue everytime
Tried reseting hopper many times
Tried unplugging sling adapter from hopper and using diff USB
Hopper and joeys are connected to Ethernet
Reset router multiple times
Speed test the network at 35 Mbps dn 5 up
Called dish tech severel times no help
I hope I'm not the only one with this issue

i could access everything else but watching live tv...what do I need to do to get this to work...please help

I just got a blank screen when clicking on live tv but dvr recordings worked

I can access my dvr but can never get the streaming to work on DOL. It works on ipad and phone, but not on my mac.
