Help with equipment issue?!?

I have an H20 and a HDDVR . For the second week in a row my interactive player tracker etc. is not working on the DVR. Longggggggggg story trying to resolve issues-not yet resolved- they are sending me a new boagain)!!!
Do I have to lose all my programming that I have recorded , or is there a patchcord I can buy to transfer from one box to the next?

Any help would be great!!

Sorry, not that I know of... best option going forward would be to get an external drive which (I think) would transfer from one box to the other if that ever happened again...
