I have one OTA channel that sometimes displays a window that says my HR20 is searching for a signal even though the picture is there with no apparent problems. When I go to the signal strength meter for the OTA antenna this station is 100% on both tuners. Happens quite often but not always. Any ideas how to make it not do that?

Weird. I have never seen that.

Do you do the C.E. stuff ???

You can always try doing a reboot and see if that takes care of it, if you haven't already ...
You say you get the channel fine but the SfS copmes up.
Are you using D* for your locals or OTA, IF OTA try adjusting your antenna slightly, you must have the signal but only on the fringe, but it's odd that the channel does still come in though.
Is this possibly from D* and MPEG 4 ?
