I got a slight static shock after touching the coax cable coming into my HR44-700 receiver. The picture of the channel playing (through both Gemini boxes, as the HR44 is headless) then froze up.
I then tried changing to other channels, and got either a black screen or the 771 SignalSaver error.
Signal meters show 0's on every satellite.
Weather is not an issue.
Tried unscrewing the coax cable and screwing it back in, still no signal.
Is it possible my setup is not grounded to protect against static?
I do not want to reboot the 44 if it just gets me a 772 error.
