For the life of me I cannot understand how to set the skew. I need to set up my Dish Network For Canada and I am in the Niagara Region. When I look at the Skew gauge from behind the Dish right now it looks like it is set up for 98 for getting 110/119 on Dish 500. I want to set up my 1000.4 and point to the Eastern Arc. According to dishpointer the skew should be 58.6 clockwise. This was set up by a professional installer who told me this was the correct set up. Well I have channels but when I returned home I checked and I am on the Eastern arc in Western New York. I picked up a used 100.4 with proper Eastern arc lnbs. I want to do this myself. If anyone can explain this to me I would appreciate. The scale runs from 40 to 144. Elevation is suppose to be 29.1 but looks like 35 to me. This is where the washer is stopping. I have about a signal strength of 65 on both. Dishpointer says skew for 100.4 is 82.8 counterclockwise?:confused:
