Here are a couple of snapshots from Lyngsat regarding the dish size recommended. For the C-Band side, they show 90 to 115 cm minimum and for Ku band they show 75 - 95 cm minimum.

Personally, I would factor in rain fade and other discrepancies and opt for a 1.2 M dish.

For Ku, 1.2 m is a safe choice. I have a 1.8 m on 58 W for C-band near Denver and that works like a charm.

Those are for Mexico, will need a subscription.
Signal may be very weak....

But if you have the Fortec 180 cm Dish, you can use a BSC621, CK1, DMX741
or a Standard Linear Ku LNB (KUL2 Dual Output 0.4db Noise figure Sadoun Standard Linear Offset LNBF LNB) with something like this......
