Hey can we update the PPV guide this weekend?

Hey, the rumble isnt listed for this sunday. I went to go setup a timer and the program isnt listed. I guess D* forgot there was a PPV on. Being that I got the road to wreslemainia package, I would be highly mad if it decided to not show up in time.

Historically they have always purchased EPG data from Tribune; have you checked that as a possibility at least before yet another rant on anything and everything DirecTV does simply because you are mad at them at the moment (or for a while now)?

Yea thats it im soo mad at directv that I want to post and yell at them for everything they do wrong. When its the latter. I would love to praise and google over directv like DBS talk does, But I tell it like it is and honestly, Directv isnt doing anything and has been going down hill. So far thier actions have not been impressive seance D* was sold. Infact there actions have been a complete 360. Until their actions say otherwise expect more criticism.


No im Simply pointing out that their EPG guide data is wrong. Nothing more. After all I figured they would be on top of it sence PPV is important to them, dont want them missing out on it. If it isnt as important then take down the dam ppvhd channels and give us some dam real channels After all the rumble is 40 bucks in SD and 50 bucks in HD. Thats alot of revenue.

I wouldn't say DirecTV is doing nothing, they are raking in the new subs and dollars:

Anyway, I'd expect it would show up in the guide soon. Worst case you can set a manual timer, don't the wrestling PPVs usually use the same channel number?

The Rumble happened about 3 weeks ago. I think that the PPV that is happening this weekend is No Way Out.

Whoops yea your right.. Thats why I posted the wrong name, because it wasn't in my guide . On a serious note, The numbers are great, I hope that D* will use the extra revenue to improve there hd service. This is an opportunity for D*, lets see what they do with it.
