ive lost my 2 hgtv on c3 is it me or have they gone? i get all other channels on the sat and ive done a soft reset too

I don't subscribe to them but both are there, and say you can subscribe. Call your program provider and get a rehit.

I have HGTV-E on W5-630 with my package, no issues there.

wondering if a master reset is need im not getting any of the scripps channels now. i just called and made sure everything on there side is ok. ive done online rehits and had them do it and still dont get them.

its pretty easy for me i only have g1,c3,and c4 listed since what i watch is on those 3 sats
