Hiding Hopper

We have a hopper that can see the recordings on the other two, but the others can't see its recordings. Joeys can't link to it, but it is visible in the whole home menu, and the others receive Internet from it. What could be causing this?

Are there any Joeys linked to it? Is an isolator in the line? Can you see recordings on the other hopper at that hopper, also?

Joeys can't link to it. It can see recordings from the other hoppers, but others can't see its recordings. No isolator.

I have seen this in the past. The likely culprit is your node. One more question... What is your current equipment status. How many hoppers, how many Joeys. Any WJ or Vj?

3 hoppers, 2 joeys. No wireless or virtual joeys.
