History Channel HD on E* and D*

ok that is a UK version of it. In the US we have not seen the launch of History HD yet... (i believe)
New press release says September will be the release date for History Channel HD. http://www.multichannel.com/article/CA6439832.html
According to the press release we saw, it will launch on DirecTV first. BUT I would suspect there would be great demand for History HD - from both cable and Dish customers.
Elsewhere on this Forum, someone stated that the History channel rep was at Team Summit and informally stated that the HD channel would be on E* soon after its launch. Supposedly, the Weather channel rep said the same thing as well.
Didn't read that, but I hope it is true. History will be a big add. Hopefully one of the six new national HD channels that Dish will add later this year.
It was in the team summit notes I think. Scott talked to those guys and Hist and Weath HD will be added when they come out. I THINK ChillerHD was mentioned, but D* will get that before anyone.
