Can you still change your home address re your billing address in Dish to substitute a neighboring set of locals?

I live between two areas. Dish switched me so that now I am getting the other locals. I want the old ones back. Will the "locals" police come after me ?

I just had my dish upgraded to the wide dish so that I could get the platinum HD channels I had been missing. I am really grateful to the guy that did it, because I had been trying since April to get this done, and none of Dish's fine people they sent out would swap the dish. They complained about the trees, though the guy that replaced my 61.5 with the 61.5/72/77 dish had no problem at all getting all three sats in on the same mount and finished in the hour. So I lost six months of new channels searching for a Dish tech who would do the work. The point is, I want him to be paid for the service call, and I'm afraid if I switch my addr, he won't Is there any danger of that?

I doubt you have to worry about that. He had a work order I would imagine. He'll get paid.
