Just signed up for Dish a few days ago. Tech came out yesterday to install, but after Hopper did initial download, we never could get wireless Joey's connected. When we did diagnostics, it says N/A next to Available Joey software. So he brought out a new Hopper 3 today, and reconnected it, and it still says same thing after initial download. Also when you check status moCa is unknown.

We've tried putting it in standby overnight, doing factory resets, holding reset button down for 10 seconds and letting it restart. Can't seem to get it to redownload software.

Press the System Info button on the front of the Hopper under the door or press the Home button on the remote 3 times.

While the System Info screen is up on the remote press Info, Recall, Info, Recall to restart the installation wizard.

I downloaded H3 software yesterday at an installation and it had the Joey software available just like normal.

Good luck.

Awesome, that seemed to do it. Also is it neccessary to have the 3rd satellitle showing, I think it's 129, I was still getting a tv signal without it yday, but was trying to figure out if that 3rd one controls anything else

Glad that worked for you.

I'm on Eastern Arc but if you're on Western Arc you definitely want to have 110, 119 and 129.
