I'm using Hopper 3 / Hopper Plus equipment with a Harmony 650 remote. This has always worked pretty well but after a recent Dish "upgrade" I'm having trouble getting the Harmony to execute some Dish commands. The Harmony software says that the command has been learned but it doesn't work. Specifically, the 'channel up" and "down" buttons are supposed to advance the guide by 1 page but they only advance 1 line. If I have the Harmony re-learn the commands it doesn't do anything. It will only advance 1 line if I revert to the original code. I tried "page up" and "down" without any results. I also cannot get the "option" button to work even though Harmony reports that it has been learned. Do I need to delete and re-install the Hopper device in Harmony? Does the Harmony learn these commands from the Hopper 3 or the Hopper Plus? I've sort of gotton around the page up and down issue by writing Harmony sequences and assigning them to the up and down arrows. Any help will be appreciated.

Harmony software is no longer available online. It was discontinued last year. The only thing Harmony learned was online. I have a couple of Harmony remotes but if I wanted to make changes I can't. Logitech had great remotes at least they could of left the software online.

I've heard that they no longer support the Harmony remotes. I took that to mean that there will be no more updates, probably no new devices added. However, I just added a Hopper 3 device and activity to my Harmony a few weeks ago. I use the Harmony software to make changes frequently and it works fine. I'm not sure I understand what you're saying.

I just tested that. I have an old Harmony 700 that was programmed to my Living Room TV. It was loaded with my old Vizio TV. I was able to add in my newer TCL just fine. A while back that didn't work. This was using the Harmony Desktop app on my iMac.

I'm able to use the Harmony desktop software to make changes and do a sync. My problem is that the Harmony executes some but not all of the Dish commands that even though it says it has learned them. Any help?
