This past Thursday night my hopper was preset to record the show Georgie and Mandy's first marriage at 7PM CST in Tulsa, Ok. but Thursday afternoon I noticed that the red circles had disappeared so I checked the program info and the new program status was no longer in the information wording. I knew the program was a new episode so I restored the recording button. There was 2 episodes that night so I restored the second one too. Both shows recorded as they were suppose to and they were new episodes. This has happened a couple of times before in the past so I now verify all the programs scheduled to record at least 3 hours before. This has only happened with local programs none of the other channels have been affected.

I also saw this guide error. The episode first aired dates were incorrectly listed as 12/17/25 (Wednesday), so not considered new on Thursday even though they were new. I have seen this guide date error and other guide errors before, so I also check the primetime guide daily to make sure it will record my programs. The alternative is to use Prime Time Anytime to record everything. On most days there are only a few programs I want to watch, so I rely on my timers instead.

I'd check the Prime Time Anytime folder for the recordings and move them to a saved folder, maybe set the recording to "Protect".

Use the search function for the show and it should show any recordings that might be in a location you're not aware of.
