Hopper 3 recordings

I have 100 episodes of NCIS that I want to transfer to external hard drive. What is the best and smoothest way to do it, All 100 at once or 3 at a time. I have noticed that if I transfer an hour long show from the external hard drive to the Hopper that if I transfer more than 4 episodes it weirds out and doesn't work. If I do all 100 episodes would it work and how long do you think it would take thanks for any info.

I recommend 5-10 at a time, to be belt and suspenders. My experience.

Anyway, might want to watch them soon. I lost many, many EHD recordings. Including one whole drive (in a RAID).

Nothing recovered, even with BG help. I've now restored to the DVR (H3) everything I could, and am going thru them 1-2 hours per day. No longer recording anything thru Dish. What little still interests us we get from DTV MyEntertainment. Darn you, Darth Bruce!

Agree, for hour shows, I would NOT exceed 5 at the most myself...

We have some two hour movies and a very few longer ones. We have discovered that some 3+ hour recordings are not really anywhere near that long
