Hopper 3 Software updated to H703

I get this message on the Hopper 3 (Plus) and the 2 wireless Joey 4's when hitting the software update button.
Yes, until the Available Joey Software lists the Android TV versions which starts with a P, both the Download software update for the Android TV device itself and the Technician Settings -> Download Android TV (ATV) will have the no target error and won't be able to check or update the software.
 
I wonder how does the Available Joey Software list get updated? Is it the Hopper 3 polling DISH or is it DISH polling the Hopper 3 as normally it will update on it's own after the software is updated although it may take the first nightly reboot after the software update for it to work.
I see a Reset Joey files button in tech settings. Maybe that will fix the issue?

I already tried that option a few times, didn't make a difference. No one so far has been able to explain how to load and install the Downloaded Android TV software in tech settings since not sure what the point of it is to download but there is no install option when it was working.

interesting you said that!!! we have never seen a reset button in tech settings!!! our hopper and joeys have always downloaded and installed new softwares on there own...
Well, next day and it fixed the issue of showing "no target". And now it is showing the hopper plus with updated firmware. Will check wireless Joey's when I get a chance.
