When I checked in recorded programs it showed 33% full but I only have like 20 hours of recordings

Are any of them OTAs? They take up more space that a sat program. Also, the percentages have a way of "changing" at any given time, especially after a Hopper re-boot.

Also, due to a quirk, the Hopper shows storage based on the line limit of the oldest show in the list. It's been around forever. To test it, try deleting or archiving the oldest show you've got. Magically, the storage will be recalculated.
Yeah, it was driving me nuts as well until I tried it a few times.
